Teens aren’t flocking to government websites, so we built one that looks like where they already are. Designed for a 13–18 audience, this campaign site fused early 2000s internet nostalgia with a TikTok-inspired interface to grab attention and drive engagement. Beneath the fun exterior filled with quirky videos, animations, and clickable icons was a data-driven foundation: integrated surveys, social sharing tools, and micro-interactions that turned every visit into measurable insight. That was the idea behind creating a website that gives early 2000s weird website nostalgia while looking just like TikTok. Behind this weird and fun-looking site that grabs attention through short videos and animations is a sequence of data markers such as social sharing, like icons, CTA’s and a survey. Creating a deep experience for users and data points.
